- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 Carrot
- 3 slices of cooked ham

- 1 tsp. of salt

- 1 tsp. of paprika
- 1 tsp. ground chili
How to make chicken roll
First of all, we make sure that all the necessary ingredients are available and ready. Next, we carefully peel the skin of the chicken breast and then debone it with a sharp knife, trying to keep it intact.
Additionally, we grate the carrot to use in the filling and set it aside. Next, take the pepper and prick it with a fork before exposing it to the heat to give it color. The goal is to make it easier to remove the skin when it burns.
Finally, immerse the pepper in a bowl full of cold water to clean it completely. For this step, we place the boneless chicken breast on a sheet of aluminum foil and season it with salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika.
Then, we fill the breast with grated carrot, slices of cooked ham, bell peppers, peas, grated cheese and boiled eggs located at one end.
Next, we wrap it with aluminum foil to make sure none of the filling escapes. Next, remove the aluminum foil and tie it tightly so that it keeps its shape.
Finally, place it in a baking dish with a little oil and bake it over high heat for approximately 1 hour, turning it occasionally so that all sides brown.
Once cooked, take it out of the oven and cut it into wide slices. Accompany it with a garnish of potatoes, vegetables or whatever you prefer
