Ingredients that after I discovered this recipe, I never threw away bread again!

  • 4 loaves
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Procedure

  1. We will cut 4 loaves. We will cut them as thick as a finger.
  2. Next, we will add the slices of bread to a baking tray greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour. In a blender we will add 3 eggs, 500 ml of milk, 200ml of coconut milk, 400 grams of condensed milk, 1/2 cup of sugar and we will beat these ingredients very well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour the blender mixture over the bread.
  4. To give it a very special flavor, we can grate a little chocolate on top but it is optional.
  5. We will put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
  6. Our baked bread pudding is now ready.
  7. We will put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until it is completely ready.
