- Knead the dough for a few minutes and then let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is 2-3 mm thick.
- Use a circular cutter or glass to cut dough discs about 12cm in diameter.

Meat filling for Argentine empanadas
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of minced meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- Green olives without pits
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion, pepper and garlic until golden.
