You don’t need an oven to prepare this wonderful cake

To be honest, I don’t make such cakes very often, I bake pancakes more often and make them with meat or cabbage filling and no wonder, because they are delicious! It seems to me that such a dessert would be perfect for breakfast, or at least for a festive table for guests.

We will need:

  • Milk – 1 liter
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Sunflower oil – 50 gr
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon.
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons.

CREAM:

  • Cream 30% and more – 500 ml
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon.

GLAZE:

  • Chocolate 70% – 50 g
  • Butter – 50 gr

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. I cracked the eggs into a deep bowl, added sugar and beat them with a whisk. Add milk, mix.

2. I added flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, oil and mixed again with a whisk. You can use a mixer.

3. I fried thin pancakes in a traditional way. The diameter of my pan is approximately 24 centimeters.

4. I put cold cream, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar into the mixer bowl. Beaten to greatness.

ADVICE! For the cream, you will need sour cream with a fat content of 30% or more. If suddenly the manufacturer let you down and the cream did not go astray, you can add 1-2 tablespoons. Starch After whipping, place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

5. Then I trim the edges using a removable form.

6. She placed the form on a flat plate, placed the pancake and spread sour cream on it. She did this with all the layers.

7. If you don’t like sour cream, make pudding, it will be delicious too.

8. Without removing the removable form, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

9. Place the butter and chocolate in a pot, melt in a water bath until dissolved, cool to room temperature and grease the top layer of the cake.

10. That’s all, the pancake dough is ready, you can make tea and call your loved ones to the table.
