Composition
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cups yogurt (350 g)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- powdered sugar
Divide eggs at room temperature into whites and yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and whisk until the crystals dissolve and the yolks turn white. Then add baking powder and starch and mix again. Pour in all the yogurt, mix everything well. The dough is almost ready.

Beat the egg whites until foamy, 15 minutes.

Pour the white into the yolk mixture and mix carefully so as not to lose its rich consistency.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour in the dough, place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove the baked cake and carefully remove the paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve with tea.
