Making creamy, homemade and delicate ice cream with a subtle caramel flavor is quite possible and even very simple. Even a child can do this under adult supervision. It turns out incredibly tasty, and the portion is large. I highly recommend trying it, it will make you stop buying ice cream from the store. I am one hundred percent sure!
COOKING METHOD:
For Creme Brulee ice cream you only need two ingredients. Take half a liter of cream with 33% fat content and start whipping it with a mixer. Use low speed at first, then gradually increase speed and beat until soft peaks form.

You can also use a regular hand mixer.
Then add half a can of boiled condensed milk to the half-whipped cream and beat until an airy and stable mass is obtained.

The sweetness of the ice cream is regulated by the amount of condensed milk, so you can add a little more or less, depending on your taste.
I prefer to make the ice cream in the form of a cake, which I then cut into pieces. To do this, I will need two waffle layers, which can be bought at any store. Place one cake layer on a plate or mat, install a split ring and line with acetate wrap. This is to ensure that the side of the ice cream is smooth.

Pour the creamy caramel mixture onto the crust and spread it into an even layer. Place the second cake layer on top, press down a little so that it sticks, and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Then release the ice cream from the mold and cut into portions. The ice cream turns out very tasty!

The preparation process can be simplified by making ice cream in silicone molds without waffle cakes. You can also use ready-made waffle cups and pour the creamy mixture into them.
