Ingredients:
2 eggs
90g sugar
85g milk
85g seed oil
1g salt
8g baking powder
180g “00” flour
100g hazelnut cream
Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar.
2. Then add oil and milk.
3. Sift and add salt, flour and yeast.
4. Mix everything and pour the mixture into the mold.
5. Add the hazelnut cream and bake at 170° for 30 minutes.
