Ingredients
420 g flour
5 egg yolks
220 g butter
2 packs of vanilla sugar
130 g sugar
some icing sugar for dusting
preparation
1. Simply mix all the ingredients into a dough. Then wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
2. Then roll into finger-thick sausages and cut off pieces about 1 cm wide.
3. Now place on a baking tray and bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool a little and dust with icing sugar when lukewarm. Done!
