Hot milk cake in 10 to 15 minutes in the oven

Ingredients

1 cup – 250 g/ml
All-purpose flour / wheat flour 1.5 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp

preparation

1. First, preheat the oven to 180° C, grease the baking tin with oil and sprinkle with a little flour.
2. Now mix the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.

3. Now heat the milk and butter in a pan until the butter melts. Keep it hot.
4. Take eggs in a wide bowl. Beat the eggs at high speed for 3 minutes or until thick and slightly colored.

5. Now add the sugar and beat again for 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
6. Next, add the flour mixture, vanilla essence and hot milk to the egg mixture. Mix well until combined into a smooth dough.

7. Finally, pour the batter into the prepared baking pan (smaller one) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
