Ingredients

For the flatbreads
350 g flour
50 ml oil
120 ml cold water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
250 g cream cheese
For spreading:
Pressed garlic
Oil
Herbs to taste

preparation

First sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt, baking powder, oil and cold water and knead everything into a smooth dough.

Tear off small pieces and roll them out into flatbreads.

Then put the cream cheese in the middle, close the dough and form a ball.

Then roll out again and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Now, after baking, brush the top with oil that has been previously mixed with pressed garlic and herbs.
