Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 5 g of baking powder
- 150g of sugar
- 150 g cold butter in cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 400g hazelnut cream
- 150g chocolate chips
Preparation
- Mix the flour with baking powder, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and knead well to form a cookie dough.
- Cover the springform pan with baking paper and spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom.
- Pour in the hazelnut cream and spread it evenly.
- Cover with the remaining cookie dough and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
