Cookie Cake

Cookie cake is a fun and easy dessert to make. It’s made with cookie dough that is spread into a cake pan, then baked until golden and crisp on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious and comforting dessert.

Ingredients

  • 400g flour
  • 5 g of baking powder
  • 150g of sugar
  • 150 g cold butter in cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 400g hazelnut cream
  • 150g chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and knead well to form a cookie dough.
  2. Cover the springform pan with baking paper and spread 2/3 of the dough on the bottom.
  3. Pour in the hazelnut cream and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover with the remaining cookie dough and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
