170 g sugar

120 ml oil
120 ml water
1 cup flour

preparation

1. First separate the eggs. Then beat 4 egg yolks, 180g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar into a thick foam.

2. Now add 120 ml oil and 120 ml water, continuing to beat.

Then carefully fold in 1 cup of flour with a packet of baking powder and finally the beaten egg whites. Top with fruit.

3. Bake at 180 °C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. It is best to bake on a smaller baking tray or in a springform pan so that it does not become too thin.

After baking, dust with powdered sugar. Ready to eat!
