Ingredients:
600 gsour cream
6 tbspmilk
750 gapple sauce
3 tspbaking powder
150 gflour
3eggs (for the dough)
150 gsugar
150 gmargarine
1 packetvanilla pudding powder
3 eggs
Preparation:
Beat the margarine with 100g sugar until fluffy, then gradually add 3 eggs.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the sugar-margarine mixture and mix.
Grease a springform pan (approx. 28 cm diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs if necessary.
Pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Now mix the pudding powder with the milk.
Mix the apple sauce with a tablespoon of sugar, heat, mix with the stirred pudding powder and bring to the boil.Step
Pour this applesauce-pudding mixture onto the pre-baked cake and smooth it out.
Separate the remaining 3 eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar, the egg yolks with the sour cream. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour this sour cream and egg white mixture onto the apple sauce mixture and smooth it out.
Bake again for 40 minutes at 200 °C.
Cool the cake for at least 1 hour, then remove from the tin.
