Vanilla Sweet Cheese Pie – A quick and easy recipe, a simple delicacy

Ingredients for the sheet:

  • 3 eggs
  • 14 tablespoons of water
  • 14 tablespoons of oil
  • 14 spoons of sugar
  • 16 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • lemon juice

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 600 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1 envelope of vanilla pudding

Method of preparation:

1. Using a mixer, beat the eggs. Gradually add water, oil, sugar, flour and baking powder dissolved in lemon juice. Mix well until homogeneous.

2. Pour half of the dough into a tray coated with oil. Bake at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the cottage cheese with a mixer. Add the eggs, sugar, pudding powder and mix until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.

4. Remove the sheet from the oven and cover it with the previously prepared cream. On top, pour the remaining dough and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. At the end, we decorate with powdered sugar.
