Ingredients
- 120 g of dry biscuits such as small butter
- 40 g of low-fat butter
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 100g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
Preparation
- Put the biscuits in a blender then blend until you obtain a powder.
- Put in a bowl then add the butter and melted cocoa and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a springform pan then pack the dough well and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Start by separating the egg whites and yolks.
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave then add the egg yolks and mix well.
- Gently incorporate the beaten egg whites and mix well using a Maryse.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
