Dutch potato pancakes

Ingredients:

3 tbsp flour (40 g)
4 tbsp condensed milk (50 g)
1 onion(s) (50 – 100 g)
1,000 g potatoes, large
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
pepper, white, freshly ground
250 ml oil for frying

Preparation:

1. First peel the potatoes. Wash under cold water and pat dry well. Grate the coarse side into a bowl.

2. Now whisk together the flour and canned milk in a small bowl. Then grate the onion and add it with the eggs and mix well.

3. Next, drain the water from the grated potatoes. Then stir the flour dough into the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper.

4. Now gradually heat the oil in a large pan until very hot. Spoon in the potato dough and fry the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.

5. Take them out, let the fat drip off and place them next to each other (not on top of each other). Serve hot.

Bon appetit.
