Here’s how to make a delicious soft yoghurt cake, easy and quick, it’s one of the great classics in the dessert family, has the advantage of being also light and low in calories.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar, equivalent to 150 g
- 1 glass of oil, equivalent to 150 ml
- Half a glass of orange juice, equivalent to 75 ml
- Orange zest
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1 vanilla yogurt
- 2 sachets of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 glasses less a quarter of flour equivalent to 225 g
Preparation
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until the mixture is like snow, leave it aside.
- Whisk the yolk with the sugar until the color is white, then add the orange juice, yogurt, oil, continue mixing from bottom to top, add the flour, baking powder and the first mixture .
- Put the mixture in a buttered mold and dusted with flour.
- Without preheating the oven first, bake the cake at 170°C for 40 min.
