INGREDIENTS

  •  2 cups of wheat flour
  •  240 ml whole milk
  •  5 silver bananas, sliced ​​horizontally
  •  3 whole eggs
  •  1 and a half cups of sugar
  •  160g sugar (for the caramel)
  •  50 g butter or margarine
  •  1 tablespoon baking powder        

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, take a mold with a central hole and pour the 160g of sugar into it and put it over low heat until you get a caramel. Spread over the bottom and sides of the pan.
  2. Spread the sliced ​​bananas on the bottom and sides of the pan with the caramel and set aside.
  3. Now pour the milk into the mixer along with the eggs, sugar, butter and beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour and mix well with a fork.
  5. Then add the yeast and mix gently with a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  7. Develop while still warm so that the caramel does not harden.
