INGREDIENTS

  •  Zucchini 200g
  •  ground chicken breast 300 grams
  •  parmesan cheese 50 g (1/2 cup)
  •  ham 100 grams
  •  Garlic 1 clove
  •  Egg 1
  •  Pepper
  •  Shall
  •  Bread crumbs 30 g (1/4 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze with your hands to remove excess moisture.
