Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 2 papas
- 1/2 cup peas, cooked
- 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Preparation:
On a board, cut the carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
In a small pot with water over medium heat, cook the carrots for 10 minutes, drain, cool and set aside.
In a pot with water over medium heat, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, drain, cool and set aside.
