- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 75 grams of sugar

- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 125g butter
- 1 vanilla flavor powdered flan
- juice of half a lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Pour into the springform mold
- At 180 degrees heat up/down
- Bake for about 60 minutes
