It is very easy to prepare and even novice cooks will like it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>3 eggs; 150 g of sugar; 10 g of vanillin;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>1\/2 tsp. salt; 120 ml vegetable oil;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>150 ml milk; 250 g flour; 16 g baking powder;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the filling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>1 apple; 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>1 tbsp. l. Sahara; 1 tbsp. l. butter;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>1\/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tbsp. l. apricot jam.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooking the pie consists of the following steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peel and core the apple and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melt butter and sugar in a frying pan, add apples, cinnamon and apricot jam. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and have a caramel color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla, add a little salt. Pour in vegetable oil, then milk, gradually adding flour sifted with baking powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the dough into the mold. To be on the safe side, it is better to lubricate it with oil. Place apple filling on top. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cool the finished pie, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We have some more useful tips for you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a richer taste, you can use apples with sourness, for example, Antonovka. If you want the pie to be sweeter, add a little more sugar to the filling.
