This saves us a lot of time because we don&#8217;t have to measure gram by gram to get it perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the mold that we will use for the sponge cake, it can be any one you have at home. In this case, I will use one with a diameter of 21 cm so that it is the right size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this cake, you will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredientes\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 tbsp. self-rising wheat flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 tbsp. of\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 tbsp. of water or milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 tbsp. Oil can be sunflower or olive preferably<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 large eggs, it is recommended that they be at room temperature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemon zest to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter and Flour c\/n to flour the mold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- To begin, we can butter and flour the mold and reserve it for last. Also, we turn on the oven so that it heats up to a minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- In a bowl we put the eggs and sugar, we have to beat this mixture vigorously while we add the oil little by little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3- Once we have a creamy and homogeneous mixture, we add the lemon zest and vanilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4- Now we just have to add the flour and milk little by little so that they integrate into the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5- When all the ingredients are integrated, we can beat for a few more minutes. The more this mixture is beaten, the fluffier the cake comes out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6- Finally, we pour all the contents of the bowl into the mold. We grab the mold by the sides and give it a couple of gentle taps towards a flat surface.
