The first cherry trees appeared in church gardens in the 11th century. Initially, cherries grew only in warm climates. However, later cherries began to be planted in cold locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, cherries became part of our culture. First of all, jam and pies were prepared from the berries. Pastries with cherries served as dessert for the nobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nowadays, cherry pies have not lost their relevance. Let&#8217;s prepare homemade cherry pie in 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cherry Pie Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>milk &#8211; 100 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vanillin &#8211; a pinch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>baking powder &#8211; tsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flour &#8211; 220 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cherry &#8211; 200 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>starch &#8211; tbsp. l.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>butter &#8211; 120 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sugar &#8211; 150 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eggs &#8211; 3 pcs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparing cherry pie:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bowl, combine soft butter with sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly. Gradually break the eggs into the creamy mixture and mix with a whisk into a homogeneous mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the milk into the egg mixture and continue mixing the ingredients. Combine flour with baking powder, sift into cream mixture, knead the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the pits from the cherries and mix with starch.
