1 peeled pineapple, sliced \u200b\u200bor chopped according to taste
1 kilo of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch of salt

We put the water to boil in a pot with the cinnamon stick. Once it comes to a boil, add a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While the water is boiling, add the pineapple and sugar and lower the heat so that it boils gently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We keep it boiling for 30 or 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the heat is off, we crush the fruit until we obtain the desired consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
