However, chocolate cakes have not always been popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cookies &#8211; 100 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bitter cocoa &#8211; tsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>butter &#8211; 40 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>milk &#8211; 125 ml;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dark chocolate 70% &#8211; 180 g;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cream &#8211; 180 ml;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whipped cream &#8211; 130 ml;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chocolate &#8211; 100 g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grind the cookies in a blender until crumbly. Pour bitter cocoa into the crumbs. Melt the butter and add to the cocoa and cookie mixture, mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the cookies into a pastry ring. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add dark chocolate to milk and mix until glaze forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, beat the cream until creamy. Pour the chocolate glaze into the cream and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the chocolate cream onto the compacted cookies in a pastry mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring the whipped cream to a boil and add milk chocolate to it, mix until the bar dissolves in the cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the glaze onto the creamy layer of the cake and spread evenly over the surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This makes an excellent homemade chocolate cake without baking the sponge cake.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chocolate cakes are a classic of confectionery art.
