{"id":516,"date":"2024-02-12T00:52:49","date_gmt":"2024-02-11T22:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=516"},"modified":"2024-02-12T00:52:49","modified_gmt":"2024-02-11T22:52:49","slug":"quark-snow-cake-with-vanilla-pudding-its-simply-tasty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=516","title":{"rendered":"Quark snow cake with vanilla pudding, it&#8217;s simply tasty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the dough:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g Quark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 packet of vanilla sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 packet of baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the filling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 packet of vanilla pudding powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C and grease a springform pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and stir well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the quark and vanilla sugar to the mixture and mix well again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the quark mixture. Add a pinch of salt and pour the dough evenly into the prepared springform pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the filling, mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little milk until smooth. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan and add the sugar. Add the mixed pudding powder to the milk, stirring constantly, and bring to the boil briefly until the pudding thickens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the finished vanilla pudding evenly over the curd dough in the springform pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a wooden pick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tin before removing it from the tin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust with powdered sugar if desired and cut into pieces.
