Let&#8217;s go for it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>180 g of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr of\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet of vanilla essence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 gr of honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 egg whites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start by sifting the flour and cornstarch together. This will help the dough have a smooth texture without lumps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla essence and honey. Beat well until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another container, beat the egg whites until stiff. It is important that they are very firm to give that airy texture to our vanillas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture, using circular motions so as not to lose the air in the egg whites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the egg whites are incorporated, gradually add the sifted flour and starch, mixing gently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With a pastry bag, form the vanillas on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper. Give them the size and shape you prefer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place in a preheated oven at 190\u00b0C-200\u00b0C and bake for about 5 minutes or until you see that they take on a slight golden hue on the edges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the oven and let cool before tasting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparing homemade vanilla is one of those recipes that, once you try it, you will not want to go back to the purchased ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are ideal for a snack, and if you feel like it, you can fill them with dulce de leche, cream or chocolate.
