The salad is not only tasty, but also very useful! And it is prepared quite simply and quickly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Broccoli \u2013 250 g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cherry tomatoes \u2013 150-200 g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrot \u2013 1 pc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whole tangerine juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar \u2013 1 teaspoon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesame<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dried garlic \u2013 0.5 teaspoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I am sharing a recipe:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Place the broccoli in boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes, then remove, cut into small pieces and place in a salad bowl. We immediately send chopped tomatoes there (cherry or cherry tomatoes are ideal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;Add the juice of half a lemon and a whole tangerine. Add sugar, mix thoroughly, pour the sauce into a well-heated pan, add carrots cut into strips, cover with a lid and cook over moderate heat for 8-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add salt and cook uncovered for another 2 minutes. Cool the carrots and send them to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smakolyk.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2-34.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10894\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong>&nbsp;Add sesame seeds, dried garlic, salt, season the salad with olive oil, mix well and serve immediately!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.smakolyk.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/3-38.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10895\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;This salad is good on its own, and it is also perfect as an addition to meat, chicken or fish. The combination is very original, but actually very tasty! Vegetables in a slightly sweet citrus sauce (very slightly sweet, not sweet &#8211; this is important).
