Cream(Mix) sugar, eggs and oil, add essence and milk and continue to mix.<br>2. From another bowl mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the wet ingredients one cup at the time, mix till smooth<br>Pour the mixture into greased muffin pan and bake till golden brown( you can also use paper cups)<br>3. Pre-heat your oven @ 180\u00b0C and bake for 20 minutes @ 175\u00b0C.<br>4.
