Since the combination of each of these makes the cake have a unique texture and flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this German apple cake, you will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 gr. of Harina Leudante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Apples (red or green)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. of\u00a0raisins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cditas. cinnamon powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp. of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 gr. of Manteca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- In a bowl we add the flour together with the sugar, it is important to mix these two ingredients well. Once finished, we reserve until necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- We take the apples, peel them well (remember to rinse them) and proceed to cut them into slices. When they are ready, we put them in a bowl along with the raisins and cinnamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3- We mix well so that the aroma of cinnamon is impregnated on the sheets. On the other hand, in a bowl we put the eggs and the tbsp. of sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4- It is important to beat these two ingredients vigorously for at least 3 minutes. On the other hand, we grease the mold that we are going to use and preheat the oven to 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5- Once greased, we put the apple slices, trying to make an even base. Then we add the flour (with the previously mixed sugar) and we have to cover all the apples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6- When you finish sprinkling the flour, pour the previously melted butter in the form of a thread. Then we add the previously beaten eggs, trying to moisten the dry places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7- We send the mold to the oven and let it cook for about 45 to 50 minutes. The cooking time depends on how stable your oven is, I recommend that you check it when the 35 minutes are up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8- As soon as you take it out of the oven, we let it cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. This prevents it from breaking and makes it easier to unmold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that&#8217;s it, you have this delicious German apple cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tricks and tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This cake is perfect for any season of the year. If you are in winter, you can eat it hot as soon as it has finished tempering, or if you are in summer, you can send it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to enjoy it as if it were a frozen cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can decorate the top with whatever you like, many prefer to make some details with chantilly cream.
