Ingredients:
For the Bottom Layer:
250 g of cocoa biscuits.
100 g of melted butter.
For the Cream Layer:
4 eggs (separated yolks).
10 g of vanilla sugar.
180 g of sugar.
700 ml of milk.
90 g of flour.
60 g of butter.
120 g of cocoa biscuits.
2 bananas.
For the Glaze:
100 g of dark chocolate.
100 g of milk chocolate.
25 ml of sunflower seed oil.
70 g of peanuts.
Method:
Preparation of the Bottom Layer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Grind 250 g of cocoa biscuits and mix with 100 g of melted butter.
Press the mixture onto the bottom of a baking tray and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preparation of the Cream Layer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a bowl, mix the yolks of 4 eggs with 10 g of vanilla sugar and 180 g of sugar.
In a saucepan, mix 700 ml of milk with 90 g of flour and bring to the boil.
Add the sugared egg mixture to the pot and cook until thick.
Add 60 g of butter, mix and leave to cool.
Add 120 g of crumbled cocoa biscuits and 2 sliced \u200b\u200bbananas. Mix well.
Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and level.

Melt 100 g of dark chocolate and 100 g of milk chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Add 25 ml of sunflower oil and mix well.
Pour the icing over the cake and spread it evenly.
