Here are the ingredients and steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>3 large lemons for dessert and 1 lemon for zest.<br>180ml of water.<br>120 ml of lemon juice.<br>150 grams of sugar.<br>30 grams of corn starch.<br>100 grams of condensed milk.<br>3 egg yolks.<br>Lemon peel.<br>50 grams of softened butter.<br>Procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut 3 lemons in half and remove the pulp, leaving empty lemon shells.<br>Squeeze the juice from the lemons and chop the zest of one of them.<br>In a bowl, mix 180 ml of water, 120 ml of lemon juice, 150 grams of sugar, 30 grams of corn starch, 100 grams of condensed milk, 3 egg yolks and lemon zest.<br>Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.<br>Remove from the heat and add 50 grams of softened butter, mix well.<br>Leave to cool slightly to room temperature.<br>Divide the lemon mousse between the prepared lemon shells.<br>Leave the mousse to rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to stabilize.<br>Enjoy your meal!
