Prepared from simple and affordable ingredients, without flour or gelatin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Composition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.5 cups yogurt (350 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons starch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide eggs at room temperature into whites and yolks. Add sugar to the yolks and whisk until the crystals dissolve and the yolks turn white. Then add baking powder and starch and mix again. Pour in all the yogurt, mix everything well.
