{"id":181,"date":"2024-02-01T01:10:19","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T23:10:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=181"},"modified":"2024-02-01T01:10:19","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T23:10:19","slug":"a-delicious-white-cheese-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=181","title":{"rendered":"A delicious white cheese cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g Flour biscuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 g Drained white cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Egg yolk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Egg white<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Powdered sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 untreated lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduce the biscuits into crumbs (you can do this by hand or with a small robot), knead the crumbs with the butter and pack this preparation into the bottom of a round mold (preferably easy to release) and place in a hot oven for 10 minutes (thermostat between 7 and 8).&nbsp;Meanwhile, prepare the garnish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the fromage blanc with the cream, sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest and the juice of half the lemon to obtain a smooth paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mixture onto the base and cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait until the cake is cold, put it in the refrigerator and unmold it when serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients&nbsp;
