Stir in the vanilla extract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift the flour, baking powder and salt over the mixture and stir gently until well combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slowly pour in the milk and continue stirring until the batter is smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate into the batter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, you can dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar before cutting it into squares and serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This delicious vanilla chocolate cake is perfect for any occasion and will surely be a hit with your family and friends!
