Ingredients
For the dough:
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
170g butter
120g sugar
320g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the casting:
30g sugar
2 eggs
250 g sour cream
For covering:
3 apples
preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. First stir the sugar with butter and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and finally mix in the flour with the baking powder. Spread the dough into a greased springform pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Peel the apples finely, cut them into small pieces and press them lightly into the dough. Pre-bake the cake at 190\u00b0 degrees for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Mix sugar, eggs and sour cream into a icing and pour it onto the cake after the 10 minutes of pre-baking time. Bake the cake for another 40 minutes. It’s so delicious!
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
