Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Add the egg yolks to the sugar and butter. Place the egg whites in a small, high bowl and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the sugar, butter and egg yolks. Then add the flour and milk alternately. Then beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add it to the dough and stir it in. Then turn on the waffle iron and brush with butter or oil. When the waffle iron is hot, use a ladle to pour the batter onto the waffle iron and bake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the waffle is golden brown, then it is ready and you can put it on a plate.
