Mix the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Get a creamy mixture. Add and incorporate the lemon zest, egg and egg yolk. Add the flour, baking powder and continue mixing until you obtain a compact dough.<br>2. Make balls with the dough and roll each one into a stick. Cover them completely with sugar.<br>3.
