Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.<br>2. Add baking powder and starch.<br>3. Add the yogurt and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.<br>4. Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.<br>5. Then add them to the dough little by little, stirring gently.<br>6. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<br>7. Place in the preheated oven at 170\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then lower the temperature to 140\u00b0 and cook for another 20 minutes.<br>8. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in for another 10 minutes.<br>9. Let it cool completely.<br>10.
