{"id":1256,"date":"2024-03-05T02:25:12","date_gmt":"2024-03-05T00:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1256"},"modified":"2024-03-05T02:25:12","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T00:25:12","slug":"creamy-no-bake-chocolate-icing-cookie-dessert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1256","title":{"rendered":"Creamy No-Bake Chocolate Icing Cookie Dessert"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make creamy dessert!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the cream:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd liter of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cans sweetened condensed milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 box of milk cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml firm whipped cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 tablespoons of milk powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;the ganache:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 box of milk cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g finely chopped dark chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the assembly:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hazelnut cream to your liking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate granules to your liking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make the frozen dessert:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the cream:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put the condensed milk, cornstarch and milk powder in a saucepan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix well to dissolve completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the milk, cream and butter, and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil and thickens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook for another 2 minutes and then remove from heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer this cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once cooled, add the whipped cream to stiff peaks and mix gently to incorporate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the heat, pour into a container and cover with plastic wrap until it cools completely so you can add the whipped cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the cream at room temperature, add the whipped cream little by little, mixing lightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the ganache:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a bowl we put the chopped chocolate and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the cream and mix well until you obtain a shiny cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assembly:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With a spatula, spread a little hazelnut cream on the bottom and edges of a baking dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will give a nice effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour half the cream and add spoonfuls of hazelnut cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix lightly to create a marbled effect in the cream.<br>Add the rest of the cream, more tablespoons of hazelnut cream and repeat the marbled effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigerate for 1 hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from refrigerator, top with ganache, spread evenly, and return to refrigerator for another 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorate with hazelnut cream and chocolate noodles to your liking and enjoy this frozen dessert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to make creamy dessert!
