{"id":1151,"date":"2024-03-01T02:29:26","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T00:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1151"},"modified":"2024-03-01T02:29:26","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T00:29:26","slug":"zebra-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1151","title":{"rendered":"Zebra Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>420 g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>240 ml sunflower oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the oven to 150\u00b0C.&nbsp;Grease and flour a 9-inch round springform pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the glass of a blender, place the eggs and sugar.&nbsp;Blend for about 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the vanilla, flour, salt, baking powder, milk and sunflower oil to the blender.&nbsp;Blend until you obtain a homogeneous and perfectly integrated mixture, about 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove half of the dough and place it in a container.&nbsp;Add the cocoa powder to the rest of the mass that was left in the blender and blend for a few seconds until integrated.&nbsp;Pour this chocolate mass into another container.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the prepared pan, place 6 to 8 tablespoons of the vanilla batter in the center.&nbsp;Add 6 to 8 tablespoons of the chocolate batter into the center of the vanilla batter.&nbsp;Form concentric circles until you finish with both masses, reducing the number of tablespoons towards the end.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 50-60 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.&nbsp;Remove from the oven, let cool in the mold for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: Preparation:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1152,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1151","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipes"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
