{"id":115,"date":"2024-01-30T10:23:57","date_gmt":"2024-01-30T08:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=115"},"modified":"2024-01-30T10:23:58","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T08:23:58","slug":"only-polite-members-will-thank-you-for-the-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=115","title":{"rendered":"Only polite members will thank you for the recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 Lachsfilets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juice of one lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Directions:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets on the skin side for about 4-5 minutes, then turn them over and fry on the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate pan, saut\u00e9 the garlic in a little olive oil. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and mustard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly. Then stir in the parsley and dill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve the fried salmon fillets with the lemon-herb sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bon appetit!
