{"id":1052,"date":"2024-02-27T00:17:42","date_gmt":"2024-02-26T22:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1052"},"modified":"2024-02-27T00:17:42","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T22:17:42","slug":"three-milk-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cookbest.top\/?p=1052","title":{"rendered":"THREE MILK CAKE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup refined sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 egg yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 egg whites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 can (397 grams) condensed milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 can (378 grams) evaporated milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups of whipping cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 maraschino cherries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C.&nbsp;Grease and flour a 23 centimeter diameter baking pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, place the egg yolks along with 3\/4 cup of sugar, and beat them with an electric mixer until they are whipped, which means they will be almost white and fluffy.&nbsp;Reduce the speed of the mixer and add the milk, vanilla, flour and baking powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.&nbsp;Without stopping beating, little by little add the rest of the sugar.&nbsp;Continue beating until the whites form firm peaks, but avoid letting them dry out.&nbsp;Add these egg whites to the yolk mixture and pour the dough into the prepared mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake at 175\u00b0C for 45 to 50 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then loosen the edges with a knife and unmold.&nbsp;Place on a wire rack to cool completely.&nbsp;Then, pierce the surface of the cake several times with a fork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk and 1\/4 cup whipping cream.&nbsp;Separate 1 cup of this tres leches mixture (you can store the excess in the refrigerator for another use) and gradually pour the rest over the cake until completely absorbed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a separate bowl, beat the rest of the whipping cream until it reaches the consistency of chantilly cream.&nbsp;Cover the cake with this cream and decorate with cherries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enjoy your delicious tres leches cake!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: Preparation: Enjoy your delicious tres leches cake!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1053,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1052","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipes"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
